We are excited to announce that we are making some changes to our systems at the leisure centres, which will make it much easier for you to book, manage and enjoy your activity.

We are making your booking experience better

During our recent closure we have been working hard to ensure that we can offer you a better customer experience. Part of this is the investment in a new front of house system at our leisure facilities.

The new booking system

The new system will be going live from Thursday 29 October. Our teams are currently being trained and your membership details will be migrated to the new system meaning that when you visit the centre for your activity you will register in as normal. 

Please be aware that whist we are changing the system over, there may be periods of time in the week prior to the new system going live when the barriers and kiosks will be unavailable, and you will need to book into your activity with the reception team. 

There are a few things that you will need to do to book an activity or manage your account online from the 29 October.

How to register for a new account

To register for a new account please access the link below, from 9am, Thursday 29th October.

You will need to hold a membership and enter your membership details and email address which should match the email address held on our system. You will be sent an automated email to confirm your account, there will be a limited period of time in which to do this.

Once you have set up your account you will be able to manage your membership details, update your personal details, pay for any activities and updated any contact preferences.

What does this mean for you?

After you have set up an online account, you will be able to access ‘your account’ on your centre website and to book and manage your activities.

It is important that you register for a new online account as your old online booking account will not work on the new system and you will not be able to book anything online after the 28 October.

Registering for the new system will be available from Thursday 29 October onwards.

Don’t forget

The current online booking system will no longer be available and you will need to register for the new system.

Once you have registered and set up your account you will be able to manage your membership, update your personal details and pay for activities online via your centre website.

Please be patient with us whilst we make this change to the new system.

Swim School changes

We will be introducing a new home portal to help manage and keep track of swimming lessons. The new home portal will give parents/guardians the ability to check your child’s progress and manage lessons online. 
  • Any progress updates will show in the home portal within 48 hours of a lesson
  • You can use the portal to understand each stage of the Swim England Learn to Swim programme
  • Viewing your child’s progress and assessments will help you to develop your child’s swimming outside of lessons.
  • Once the current stage is achieved you will receive a notification and can move your child online to the next level with ease.
  • You will receive regular communications via email. 

What does this mean for you?

To allow us to transfer over the data, the current portal will no longer be available after Thursday 29 October.

Swimming lessons will continue as normal whilst we make the transfer and any changes or movements will be recorded by the swim team and updates will be made manually.

We will be providing further information shortly on how and when you will be able to register for the new portal.

Direct Debit Memberships

Please note if you currently pay for your membership or swimming lessons via direct debit as part of this change we are also changing our direct debit company. From 1 December 2020 Harlands will no longer be responsible for collecting direct debits. This will now be managed by Debit Finance Collections PLC (DFC), if you have any questions in relation to your membership please contact the team on 020 4511 9276 or inspire@servicetsg.com.

InspireAll app

The new InspireAll app is now available with a virtual workout option and an improved functionality to book activities easier. The app is free to download from the app or Google Play store.

The InspireAll App includes:

  • Digital membership (in partnership with Technogym) which includes;
    • Live streaming classes from your own InspireAll instructors with favourite classes including Yoga, Pilates and HIIT
    • Over 100 OnDemand classes, allowing you to take part in a class whenever suits you.
    • Workout of the day – easy to follow exercises to allow you to continue your training at home.
    • Outdoor activity tracking – track your daily run or walk
    • Connect your devices to track all your movement including; Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, Polar and more.
  • Easy access to third parties including Myzone, Stages Flight, and Inbody (subject to availability)
  • Keep up to date with the latest information with our news articles, Facebook and Instagram pages.
